There is no cost to any CPN United customer wanting a vending machine at their
location. Placement of vending machines and all services related to stocking and
servicing the machines are free of charge to the customer and sole responsibility of
CPN United.
Machines are refilled based on sales volume. The more items sold per machine, the
more frequently it will be refilled. Most machines are filled once or twice a week, but that
number can be more or less. CPN United remotely monitors the inventory of each
machine.
Vending machines can vary in size. Average size vending drink and snack machines
are roughly 6’ tall by 4’ wide and 3’ deep. Vending machines are heavy weighing
anywhere from 600 to 800 lbs and require a solid foundation. It is important to ensure
sufficient room for placement.
There is no set number of machines required for our services. You can choose to select
just one machine for your location, be it a drink or snack machine. Combination drink
and snack machines are an option.
The process on average takes between two (2) and four (4) weeks.
1) Submit a request via our form
2) A CPN United representative will schedule an in-person meeting to discuss your
needs.
3) The representative will discuss a suitable location for the placement of the
machines along with desirable items to be stocked.
4) The vending machine(s) will be installed shortly after they are ordered for this item.
We currently do not sell or rent vending machines at this time.
The selection process for items is discussed during the in-person meeting. CPN United
strives to provide products to suit the needs of their customers based on what is
available in the market area.
Drink machines can hold 12oz – 20oz cans/bottles while snack machines can hold small
items such as candy bars up to larger items like cups of soup or cereal.
CPN United provides competitive pricing on all products. Beverages range from $1.00
for 12 oz cans to $1.50 for 20 oz bottles. Snack range from $1.00 for candy bars and
chips to $2.50 for cups of soup/cereal.
Vending machines vary on how many different product selections they can hold. The
larger machines we utilize can hold upwards of 45 different selections for beverage and
42 for snacks.
The machines we utilize have modern technology that registers when a selected item is
dispensed and will charge the customer accordingly. Should an issue arise where the
customer is still charged without receiving their item, they can reach out to us via the
QR code installed on each machine, contact us via our website chat, or call us
regarding the matter. Refunds will be handled and refunded within a couple of
business days. All repairs are handled by us and will be completed within 1-2 business
days depending on the issue and required service/parts.
Vending machines generally require standard three prong 115 volts outlets on a 15-
amperage circuit.
Any vandalism to the machine(s) should be reported to us as soon as possible.
Customers are not held responsible for such incidents or lost revenue. Selecting the
best location for placement of the machine(s) can help prevent vandalism.
Our vending machines and services are 100% free for you as a customer. You will not
receive a bill for anything associated with the installation, stocking, or repair of the
machines.
For CPN United to maintain a vending machine along with services at your location,
there must be at least 30 full-time employees or high foot traffic near the vending
location.
